The information screen in the lobby of the building displays the daily lunch menu and the most important news. From the screens You can also check the timetables for public transport. Spaces in the building that are only accessible via personal access passes are as follows:
If You have the need to visit the office during weekdays between 7 pm and 7 am or during the weekend, You will need a PIN code that You will receive with you access pass.
Lighting in the building is activated automatically with motion and day light detectors. The motion detector is to ensure that spaces are not illuminated when empty and the day light detector stabilizes the amount of light in the space at all hours. These settings are to enable the level of efficiency and functionality to be as optimal as possible at all times.
Heating, cooling and ventilation are also controlled automatically according to the temperature and amount of carbon dioxide in the spaces. Heating and cooling vents are located in panels attached to the roof so that the spaces do not suffer from drafts. To conserve energy the ventilation automatically sets itself to a lower level during the weekend and during nights. If You work outside of regular office hours You can adjust the ventilation to Your liking from the control panels in the elevator lobbies.
Sockets and LAN-connections are located in mobile poles in the office spaces. The poles are located in the spaces as efficiently as possible, but if You have the need to move the poles a considerable amount, please contact the maintenance service!
On the first floor of the building You will find showers and dressing rooms with lockable cupboards to store Your possessions.
